My name is Hannah Stephenson. I grew up in a small village in the UK, but in 2021, I decided to take a 3-month trip to Cape Town to escape the English winter.

Any plans I had to return home quickly went out the window! I developed an incurable obsession with Cape Town, and I’ve lived here ever since.

In June 2023, I launched The Cape Town Blog to help and inspire others to visit Cape Town. This site is a one-woman show and I work hard to keep all of the information as up-to-date as possible. I’ve even been featured in The Sunday Times!

I’m a professional content writer and after years of ghostwriting for other bloggers, I decided it was high time I launched my own site. There’s nothing I’m more passionate about than Cape Town, so it just made sense!
